2) CHECK, BY MAIL
Use this Giving Form (PDF). Write your check to CATALOGUE FOR PHILANTHROPY: MASSACHUSETTS and send it to our national office. We will distribute 100% of your funds as you direct.

4) GIFT OF STOCK

5) GIFT CERTIFICATE
Buy a gift certificate (order form), enabling the recipient to make gifts to Catalogue charities. The Catalogue makes a great gift, especially when accompanied by a gift certificate. You will receive acknowledgement of your gift from the Catalogue office. Your recipient will receive a copy of the Catalogue and a signed, authorized Gift Certificate (click here to see a copy) indicating the amount of your gift and including any short message you wish to send. Recipients will be instructed to list on the Gift Certificate the charities to which they wish to contribute, and to mail the Gift Certificate to the Catalogue office. We will distribute the funds as they direct. It's that easy!
