Old Age for Happiness is an assistance program for the disabled and elderly living in nursing homes and social shelters.
Respect for the elderly is one of the most important principles of humanity and morality. What is insignificant for us becomes of great value for the elderly. They need very little – for us to become a little more attentive and kinder. It’s simple. But it’s very important.
The main problems of an elderly person in a nursing home are loneliness, lack of personal space and absolutely no time to occupy.
For several years we have been providing material assistance and trying to support the elderly in boarding homes and social shelters. Regularly donating basic necessities, giving time and attention, organizing concerts and entertainment programs, we do not let the elderly feel lonely.
YOU CAN:
Partner with the project by providing financial support;
Organize an event for elderly people in social shelters;
Join volunteer trips by participating in concerts and other events;
Help with the purchase of basic necessities (food, medicine, care products).
